Safety Day Documents

Are you registered to exhibit at one of the 2025 conferences? Please review the complete list of rules and regulations.

  • Download the checklist before the safety day to ensure your actions items have been completed
  • Hotel list near conference venue: 2025 Hotel list for Cranberry, Oaks, York, Allentown, State College
  • Email your Certificate of Insurance (COI) to registration@pa1call.org before each safety day. Note: you cannot set up as an exhibitor without a COI

Set-Up Day Information

  • Booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis at each conference 
    • Indoor and outdoor exhibitors please arrive between 1:00pm and 4:00pm on set-up day to pick your booth 
  • There will be an area at each conference reserved for exhibitors requesting electricity 
  • Oaks, York, Allentown venue - Indoor exhibitors with equipment must have a quarter tank of gas and the vehicle battery disconnected; if not, the vehicle will be positioned outdoors if space is available
