SPEAKER OPPORTUNITIES

Thank you to everyone who has submitted their proposals. We have closed the speaker opportunities for our sessions. We have opportunities available for the Damage Prevention Theatre and outdoor demonstrations. 

Are you someone who wants to make a positive impact and be part of a solution? We are looking for individuals like you to share your knowledge and experience with our conference attendees. Whether it's new products, techniques, damage prevention processes, or innovative ideas, your contributions could greatly benefit those who are struggling with certain processes or equipment. You never know who you might meet at one of our conferences - a municipality in need of assistance, an excavator looking for guidance, a project manager seeking to understand safety regulations, or a facility owner/operator trying to upgrade to new technology. We are currently securing slots for our conferences and would love to hear your ideas. Submit a proposal and we will be in touch with you. Let's work together to make our communities a safer place.

A conference session is for those who will provide speakers for each conference. If your proposal is accepted, we will secure a room and a time for your presentation at all of our conferences. You can commit one speaker or several speakers to cover the topic on behalf of your company. We will require all speakers register for the conference or conferences. If they are unable to meet this expectation, an alternative speaker should be scheduled.

A presentation or demonstration in the Damage Prevention Theatre proposal will be accepted up to two-months prior to the event. We will require slide decks to be submitted at that time for approval. We cannot accept USB sticks or set up your laptop before or during the conferences. 

• Damage Prevention Theatre - commits to one or several conferences for an indoor presentation or demonstration.
• Outdoor Demonstration - commits to one or several conferences includes Equipment Rodeos in Oaks, York, Canonsburg.

At the time of approval, we will require your final slide deck to be submitted. Note: we cannot accept a USB stick or set up your laptop.
