Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc. remains fully operational through both our call center and online services, to receive underground utility locate requests and to provide those notices to our member utilities.
The requirements of the Underground Utility Line Protection Law (UULPL) have not changed.
In accordance with the governor’s yellow phase, the majority of our employees will continue telework. Ticket volume and call volume is increasing as construction projects resume. Please consider using our online tools to avoid possible wait times on the phone.
