As of 2/1/19, the Complex Project Portal application is being phased out and the Coordinate PA application will be used for creating new Complex Projects. Here is guidance to help you navigate these changes.

 

1.      To create new Complex Projects: any new Complex Projects must be created in the Coordinate PA application. To access:

o   Sign in and click the Complex Project Portal link to get to the Coordinate PA link

o    Go to My POCS Links and observe you now have a new Coordinate PA application in your list

For guidance on using the application, log in and launch Coordinate PA. Find and click the “person” icon   in the top right-hand  corner. Slide your mouse down and click on the “Help” link to open the Coordinate PA User’s Guide document.

2.      To Manage existing Complex Projects: to open Complex Projects previously created in the Complex Project Portal and continue to work there until these projects are closed.

o   To find and work with Complex Projects created before 2/1/19:

§  Open either the Facility Owner Member Web Access or the Excavator Designer Web Access application

o   Select “Date Range Lookup” and inquire on a Complex Project Serial Number (or filter by Message Type “Meeting”) - in the pop up for the Meeting ticket, click the “PCMR INQUIRY” button

o   Select “Serial Number Lookup” and inquire on a Complex Project Serial Number - in the pop up for the Meeting ticket, click the “PCMR INQUIRY” button
