Pennsylvania One Call System, Inc. is a non-profit safety program for excavators and utility companies. We are seeking motivated, dependable people to staff our inbound call center located in West Mifflin, near Century III Mall.  The position requires extensive telephone work and data entry in a structured call center environment.

We are currently hiring for:

  • Fulltime candidates to work a scheduled start time between 7:00 AM and 9:00 AM Monday through Friday, where the start time varies based on business needs. Working some weekends and at least one holiday per year is also required.
  • Fulltime candidates to work 2:30PM – 11:00PM with rotating weekends. Working one holiday per year is required.

 
Requirements:

  • Type 50 WPM
  • PC Knowledge
  • Multi-tasking
  • Excellent Spelling
  • Excellent Communication and Listening Skills
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills

Compensation & Benefits:
