Parliamentary Committee Members

Responsible for recommending to the Board of Directors any changes and/or updates to the official documents of the Corporation, including, but not limited to; the Articles of Incorporation, the Constitution, By Laws, etc. This committee shall be chaired by the Legal Advisor to the Board.
