The classes are held at the PENNSYLVANIA ONE CALL SYSTEM building at Borland Complex, 925 Irwin Run Rd., West Mifflin, PA. Enter building, go up the steps to the training room. A registration table is located within the room. A meeting sign directs you into the training room.
